Process tanks for pharma and biotech industries have to meet the highest standards in terms of quality and safety. Also, they can be considered as a kaleidoscopic product: completely customizable, the in-house production offers a wide range of attributes to select. 

Most common materials used are stainless-steel 316L for parts in direct contact with the product and stainless-steel 304 for others.

Vertical and horizontal orientation tanks can be installed as fixed unit or be movable. They can be designed as single, double or triple-wall versions; cone-shaped, flat or torispherical tank bottom.

The surface finish can be: ground inside and outside; scotch-brite; mechanically polished; passivated; the electropolished surface roughness is up to Ra < 0,4 µm; delta ferrite content: < 1% material, < 3% welds.

The tank can be partially or completely insulated with mineral wool, insulation is covered with welded outer insulation jacket.

Tank is to be used under atmospheric pressure; pressured tank (from -1 to 10 bar) is manufactured in accordance with PED Directive 2014/68/EU, AD Merkblatt standard, or EN 13445, Asme, Selo.
