Water treatment rooms can be metaphorically compared to a delicate ecosystem within Pharma and Biotech industries. Production, distribution and storage of pure fluids lay on a balance that has to be regulated by in-depth engineering study and meticulous manufacturing activities.

This WFI storage system is built applying modular approach: a stainless steel platform, 3,5 m high and size 8 x 4 m, holds two storage tanks (5.000 L/each). Each tank is equipped with specific instrumentations, as sterile manhole (diam. 500 mm); in-line vent 0,22 μm hydrophobic filters with temperature regulator, including diverting valves for duty-stand-by operation; temperature probe; level control (radar type); level switch high; pressure safety valve; spray ball for sanitization; bursting disk with sensor; pressure transmitter and much more.
