LOOPTEC is a PW, HPW and WFI recirculation and sanitization management system complying with cGMP, USP and EP guidelines, designed with capacity range of 2.000-30.000 l/h.

LOOPTEC is a compact unit, pre-assembled, pre-validated and including all the equipment as recirculation pump, heat exchanger, process parameter instrumentation as well as the automation control panel. The system can be adapted to cold water ozone sanitization, in this case it’s equipped with ozone generator, UV lamp, ozone detection and sensor for 3-detection points.

The purpose of LOOPTEC is to supply a unique assembled machinery equipped with instrumentation generally collocated and installed in the water treatment room. 

LOOPTEC 5000 AC is built on skid and connected with 2.000 L storage tank. It is composed of one stainless steel AISI 316L recirculation pump, which can be cleaned via CIP and sterilized via SIP; one heat exchanger DTS type to cool water when POUs are opened and after sterilization; one electric heat exchanger, to keep temperature stable at 85°C and to bring the temperature to 121°C for sterilization; piping, connections and equipment compliant with cGMP/FDA guidelines.

The control system is managed by PLC/HMI, by which critical parameters such as temperature, flow rate, pressure and conductivity are regularly checked.
