GVP is employed to generate Pure Steam, in Pharma and Biotech industries, it’s suitable for SIP-sterilization of equipment components like tanks, preparation vessels, piping systems, filling machines, filters as well as for humidifying clean and cleanest rooms where steam is needed in WFI quality. Pure Steam is available at over 121°C and it has to meet the same requirements as WFI all along the production cycle and during storage. 

GVP is fully customizable; designed and built in accordance with cGMP standards and using only FDA standard approved materials. GVP produces saturated and pyrogens-free Pure Steam compliant with USP and EP guidelines.

This GVP is supplied within a full Pure Fluid system for production, storage and distribution of PW, WFI and pure steam. 

GVP 1000 has design capacity CS = 1000 kg/h @3 bar with plant steam @6 barg. It’s composed of two parallel bodies, that is double tube sheet sanitary shell and tube exchanger/evaporator/decontamination chamber. 316L stainless steel internal parts in contact with pure water or steam, are TIG welded and passivated.

Pressure part is coded according to European norms PED.

Exchanger and decontamination chamber are 50 mm insulated and clad with AISI 304 stainless steel sheet satin-finished. The floor standing frame that supports the equipment is made of stainless steel 304.
