His expertise spans strategic sales, leadership, and applying AI to bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy, and drug development.

Matt has more than 25 years of global experience in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical process and packaging machinery. He has owned a water treatment company, managed a microbial genetics lab, and lectured worldwide on fermentation, cell culture, oral solid dosage, water treatment, and genetic engineering.

Kellie brings over 12 years of CRO/CDMO industry experience. Before joining ACIC, she was VP of Commercial Operations at Abzena. She holds a Juris Doctorate in Health Law from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
