The Mini-Pack ST/HT sealing machine was designed to meet the packaging needs of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies.
This versatile machine can be used to package products such as capsules, tablets, soft-gel capsules, pills, etc. in industrial-quality blisters.
It manually seals/codes 1 blister per stroke with dimensions of 90 x 70mm that are offered in 7 standard formats offered by O.M.A.R..
The blisters made with Mini Pack are pre-formed, sealed on one side and cut with rounded edges in one single operation. That ensures an excellent centring of the aluminium lid on the pre-formed PVC as well as a perfect sealing. Upon request, pre-formed blisters and dies can also be made featuring a configuration and/or external dimensions different from O.M.A.R.’s standard.
