On occasion, ACIC may purchase attendance lists at conferences, in which case we ask the conference organizer to disclose only the information concerning individuals who have not opted out from such disclosure by the organizer.
ACIC may collect the following personal information about its customers or potential customers:
- Contact information (such as name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number)
- Medical specialty of physicians
- Order history, consisting of information about your order or past purchases
- Billing information such as credit card number/expiration date
- Medical License Numbers when required by law
